Please help us welcome Phoebe she is 8.5 years old approx 12 pounds. She is a super sweet little girl who loves to go for walks. She is in a foster home with other dogs and does ok but she would prefer to be the only baby in the house. She is not ready for adoption as of yet, she still needs to see our vet.
